  • Yes! All of Taiyotrope's payment processor integrations are built-in by Squarespace and are compliant with PCI-DSS. Sensitive card data is never handled by Taiyotrope or Squarespace. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers; neither Taiyotrope nor Squarespace have access to this information.

  • Yes, the privacy and security of your data is top priority! Taiyotrope works diligently to ensure it meets the demands of global data privacy laws like GDPR.

    In addition, Squarespace’s Security Operations Center (SOC) monitors for threats and vulnerabilities 24/7 to ensure this website is protected.

Delivery

  • It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, then it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

    • USA: 3–4 business days

    • Europe: 6–8 business days

    • Australia: 2–14 business days

    • Japan: 4–8 business days

    • International: 10–20 business days

  • Taiyotrope works with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

  • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in Taiyotrope's control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • Before getting in touch, please help by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

    • Ask your local post office if they have your package

    • Check with surrounding neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, reach out with your order number here.

    If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, Taiyotrope can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

  • Taiyotrope relies on a standard shipping rate that varies depending on the country/region in which you're located, and reflects the average cost of shipping to your area from our nearest distribution center. Setting a standard shipping rate per region allows us to reduce overhead expenses and sunk costs, which in turn allows us to keep the price of merchandise as low as possible so that you pay as little as possible.

Orders

  • Taiyotrope works with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, reach out using the form or address located here.

  • Taiyotrope apologizes if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help resolve this quickly, please reach out here within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are not offered, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please reach out via this page.

    Taiyotrope apologizes for any inconvenience; because this is a one-person operation, the shop's scale is too small to accommodate returns/exchanges.

  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please reach out here with photos of the wrong/damaged items.
